At Rainbow Organic Chocolates all of our products are organic, handcrafted and seasonal.

Suzanne Brannan, Rainbow Organic Chocolate’s founder and Master Chocolatier.

 

We are an independent family run artisan chocolate business which first became established in Edinburgh in 2012 and moved to Brighton in 2014. We have been established in our shop in Brighton's vibrant and historic OpenMarket since 2014. 

Our team is lead by founder and Master Chocolatier Suzanne, who completed a professional training program in chocolate bonbon at L'Ecole Du Grand Chocolat Valrhona. We make our chocolates with passion and commitment using only the finest organic ingredients which are sourced as locally as possible. We have from the birth of our business been registered as organic and we are annually audited by The Organic Farmers and Growers Auditors.

All our chocolates are entirely handmade. We make all our candied fruits, marzipans, pralines, ganaches, fondants etc from scratch in small batches and we hand temper all of our chocolate. We have been finalists in the Great British Food Awards for 3 years.

We are passionate about the world we live in and are committed to minimise any environmental impact our business has. Our packaging is plant based and plastic-free, our chocolate factory uses 100% renewable electricity, and we support the WWF. Our chocolates mirror the seasons for both your enjoyment and for the planet.
